Being part of 5Square is a matter of pride and honour for every team member at 5Square. At the agency, from the lighting guy to the creative director to the chief executive, we respect each other regardless of their paycheck, gender, education and skills. We all are learners here and there is always something that we have to learn from one to one.

There is nothing to be ashamed of if you have to ask anything from anyone. Also if you are on the other side, means that you are answering someone’s doubt, try to make them understand things without making them feel dumb. We stand for each other as a family bonded with trust, love and loyalty. If you are new to the team, just feel free to break the ice while respecting the work culture. We are all a bunch of passionate creatives,geeks and technicians here, nothing more. We might be divided by projects or departments but as always, united under passion to make cool stuff and be a part of something even greater.
