This policy explains how 5Square Digital Media LLP, trading as Fivesquare ("Fivesquare," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you contact us, work with us, or interact with our AI assistant, Amal, by email or WhatsApp.

Who we are

Fivesquare is a media production and content strategy studio based in Bengaluru, India, registered as 5Square Digital Media LLP. You can reach us at hello@fivesquare.co.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, and company, when you enquire about our services or communicate with us.
• Communications sent to us by email or WhatsApp, including to our assistant, Amal, so we can respond and keep track of ongoing work.
• Project and business information relevant to work we do together, such as task details, deadlines, and delivery notes.

How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and communicate about current or prospective work.
• To manage projects, track tasks, and coordinate delivery.
• To send invoices and process payments for services rendered.
• To improve how we operate internally, including through the use of automation and AI tools that help us stay organised.

AI assistant (Amal)

Fivesquare uses an AI-assisted workflow, referred to internally as Amal, to help manage incoming messages, draft responses, and track tasks. Amal does not make final decisions on your behalf and does not send communications to clients or the public without review. Messages sent to Amal are handled with the same care as any other business communication and are not shared with third parties beyond what is described in this policy.

How we store and protect information

Information is stored using standard business tools, including Google Workspace, and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Access is limited to Fivesquare team members who need it to do their work.

WhatsApp and Meta platforms

If you message us on WhatsApp, that communication is processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform in accordance with Meta's own terms and privacy practices, in addition to this policy.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or contractual obligations we may have to retain certain records.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
